What happens after I get in touch?
A short reply with two or three specific questions, then a 30-minute call. If it looks like a fit we'll ask for read-only access and run the audit before quoting.
Do you charge for the audit?
No. The audit is how we scope the work, and you keep the findings whether or not you hire us.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks. We cap onboarding at two new accounts a month so nothing gets rushed — and since month one carries no contract, there is nothing to sign before we begin.
