1. Who we are

Click This Agency ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are based at Cesta Dr Franje Tuđmana 321, 21214 Kaštel Kambelovac, Croatia. For any privacy question, email contact@clickthisagency.com or call +385 95 55 37 244.

This policy is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

2. Definitions

• Personal data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
• Usage data — data collected automatically by visiting the site, such as pages viewed and time on page.
• Cookies — small files stored on your device by your browser.
• Controller — the party deciding why and how personal data is processed. That is us.
• Processor — a third party processing data on our instructions, such as our form provider.
• Data subject — you, the living individual the data relates to.

3. What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site we collect the fields in that form. Depending on the form, that is your name, work email address, telephone number, company name, monthly advertising budget, and whatever you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically

We collect usage data such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on each page. We may also collect the referring page that brought you here.

Cookies and tags

This site uses Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KT23HWFW) to load measurement and marketing tags. Tag Manager itself does not set cookies or collect personal data, but the tags it loads — such as Google Analytics or advertising pixels — may set cookies on your device and share data with those providers. Section 7 lists what is currently loaded.

If you use a feature that stores a preference, it is kept in your browser's local storage on your own device and never transmitted to us.

4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To send a resource you asked for (a guide or checklist) — legal basis: your consent, given when you submitted the form.
• To deliver our services to clients — legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to understand which pages are useful — legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use enquiry data to build advertising audiences.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for 11 years afterwards where Croatian accounting law requires it. If you asked only for a downloadable resource, we keep your email until you unsubscribe.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with processors that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• Web3Forms — delivers this site's form submissions to our inbox.
• Our hosting provider — stores the website and its server logs.
• Our email and CRM providers — store correspondence and, where you consented, send resources.
• Analytics providers — where enabled, provide aggregate reporting on site usage.

We may also disclose data where required by law, a court order, or a lawful request by a public authority.

7. Analytics and advertising platforms

Through Google Tag Manager this site may load Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tags. These providers process usage data under their own privacy policies and may set cookies on your device. We use what they report to understand which pages are useful and which advertising is working — not to identify you individually.

Separately, as a paid media agency we work inside Google Ads, Meta and similar platforms on behalf of clients. That work uses our clients' own accounts and their own data, under their own privacy notices, and is unrelated to this website.

You can prevent these tags from loading by blocking cookies in your browser or by using a tracking-blocker extension.

8. International transfers

Some of our processors operate outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is done under an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• be told what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict how we process your data;
• receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
• withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis we rely on.

To exercise any of these, email contact@clickthisagency.com. We respond within 30 days and there is no charge. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed standard for responding to it. We do not track individuals across other websites regardless of the setting.

12. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or data practices.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of the page always shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
